We had a GREAT Vacation Bible School with 258 children enrolled and 238 attending. Thank you to all of the parents who brought their children and thank you to all (and there were so many) who worked so long and so hard to make everything happen. Thank you to Sylvia Thompson who spent countless hours planning and preparing and doing all kinds of things. Thank you to Barb Sowers who, as always, did a great job decorating. Thank you to Jim Duitsman and John Hornbostel for bus transportation, to Rick Dorssom and Roschelle Bisping and crew for refreshments, for all the teachers and leaders and youth for all they did. Thank you to Phil Sinclair who took a weeks’ vacation from Bracken to work. Thank you to all who brought cookies and juices, hotdogs, buns and chips. And, thank you to Leonard Thompson and all who worked so hard getting everything ready for the “BIG SPLASH” on Friday night. -Pastor Ziegler.
